# Contact support

> Reach Budget Bandit support over in-app chat, or send a bug report with a screenshot from inside the app.

The fastest way to reach us is the in-app chat. It travels with you across every screen, so
you can ask while you are looking at the thing in question.

## In-app chat

Budget Bandit has a live chat widget powered by Crisp. Open it from the chat icon in the app
and send your question. If no one is online, your message is held and we reply by email, so you
do not need to wait by the screen.

  Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Concrete details —
  the account name, the date, the amount — get you a faster answer than "it's broken."

## Send a bug report

If something is genuinely wrong — a number that will not add up, a page that will not load —
use the bug report tool inside the app. It lets you attach a screenshot and automatically
includes recent error details, so we can reproduce the problem without a long back-and-forth.

## Account and billing help

For subscription changes, refunds, or a billing charge you do not recognize, include the email

tasks you can do yourself in the Stripe portal.
